Qualified firms may reserve ad space in any one of several ways:
Web Site Ad Space and Links:
You may place a full size, full color ad on our website on a monthly, semi-monthly, or annual basis. You may also place just your link on our "Links" page so others who may be seeking your services may find you easily.
Web site ad space and link orders may be placed anytime.
Newsletter:
Our newsletter, the "Eye on Fraud" is published quarterly. You may reserve in quarterly or annually.
The deadline for submitting ad copy for any issue of the newsletter is one month prior to publication. Publication dates fall on the first day of each Quarter. The first quarter begins on January 1. Therefore, in order to have your ad appear in the 1st quarter issue, you must have your ad copy and order submission in by December 1. The deadlines for subsequent issues fall on March 1, June 1 and September 1.
Our Membership Directory:
Beginning in 2005, our membership directory will be published in both print and electronic format, available only to our members and associates. Those who have the directory keep them all year and refer to them often. You may reserve 1/6 page, 1/4 page, 1/2 page and full page ad space in our directory on an annual basis only.
The directory is published in March of each year. The deadline for ad submissions is February 1 of each year.

Ad Copy Submissions:
You must submit camera ready ad copy in electronic format, preferably MS Word, PDF, JPG, TIF, or other compatible format. In order to submit your ad copy, click on the "Submit AD Copy" link below. Attach your ad copy to the email window that pops up when you click on the link. Include your name, company name and contact information in the email. Click send, with your ad copy as an attachment.
Mechanical Specifications:
1/6 page ads are approximately the size of a standard business card.
1/4 page ads are approximately 4" x 5.25"
1/2 Page ads are approximately 8.25" by 5.25"
Full page ads are approximately 8.25" x 10.75"
Specifications do not include reduction for borders
SCFIA reserves the right to refuse any ad space request it deems contrary to the stated goals and purposes of the Association.
